Seaside fields, residential plots, luxury apartments and single-family homes, among others, make up the list of the most expensive properties sold in August this year.
Landbank Analytics has crunched data from the Department of Lands and Surveys to present the most expensive sales recorded in August.
Plot on the seashore – 9 million euros.
The most expensive transaction concerned a beach plot in the municipality of Paralimni (Free Famagusta ), which was sold for 9 million euros.
Detached house in the municipality of Latsion ( Agios district Georgios ) was sold for 1.5 million euros, and a residential plot in the municipality of Agios Athanasios in Limassol was sold for 1.4 million euros.
Another expensive sale, this time of a detached house worth €1.15 million, was recorded in the Agios area Tychonas , a luxury apartment in Pyrgos Limassol was sold for 1 million euros.
Paphos takes its place in the list of the most expensive properties sold in August. In particular, a residential plot was sold in the municipality of Geroskipou for 995,000 euros.
Agios is on the list for the second time Georgios in Latsia , where an industrial site was sold for €595,000.
At the same time, a residential plot in the municipality of Larnaca (Skala area) was sold for 395,000 euros.
