The new commercial project is located in Nicosia, in particular, on Limassol Avenue, the cost of its implementation is 60 million euros.
The development project will include apartments, office space, restaurants and squares. In particular, the upper floors will have office space, while the first floor is intended for commercial use and urban areas.
“The Link” will occupy a total area of 10,400 sq.m., of which 2,500 sq.m. will be for commercial retail use.
The architectural bureau that took over the project is called Aevitas architecture studio. It is a globally renowned company with extensive experience in office, retail, residential, leisure and other mixed use projects. It’s the architecture firm behind the Mall of Cyprus and other major projects in Europe, Africa and Asia.
