Work continues on the MHV Mediterranean Hospitality Venture Group’s grandiose development project “The Landmark Nicosia”, which is expected to become a landmark for Nicosia.
The flagship project, which is scheduled for completion in 2025, is located in one of the most central points of the capital, marking the entrance to the city center. It includes the refurbishment of the Landmark Hotel into an ultra-luxury signature five-star hotel, as well as the construction of two towers on the hotel’s outdoor grounds.
In particular, we are talking about the construction and operation of an impressive 17-storey residential building, which will have a total of 53 apartments, and a 16-storey building with modern office space. Underground and organized two-level parking are provided both in the residential and in the administrative building. Modern and innovative architectural design will reflect the personality and scale of the project, making it a real landmark of the city.
This is a major investment by the MHV Group that will change the face of Nicosia by adding value to the image of the cityscape. The investment is expected to create hundreds of jobs and also greatly benefit the development of the city.
This mixed development is expected to become a magnet for commercial brands with a well-known prestige and international reach, which is also part of the strategy pursued by the MHV Group.
