A luxury residential complex on a historic street in Nicosia is being prepared by the Rotos group. The Coeo Gladstonos Exclusive Residences under construction on Gladstonos Street is expected to be a landmark project of a new architectural culture in residential construction.

The residential complex, which is expected to be completed in 2024, consists of 26 residences, including villas and apartments, meeting the needs of the market for larger residential units.
The project, owned by Neliada Investments Ltd according to an environmental impact assessment submitted at the beginning of 2022, is located along the Pediai Potamos River and next to the Nicosia Linear Park.
For the needs of the project, a central pedestrian street will be created, starting from Gladstonos Street and adjacent to the river park, providing free access for all residents and visitors to the park and the project itself.
