Construction and operation of the Global office complex Tower in Limassol is planned by Radikalino Holdings ltd. The proposed project is a multi-storey building, the main purpose of which is offices.
Investment €4 million
The proposed project is located in the municipality of Germasogeia, at the intersection of Kristaki streets Kranow and Larisis . The development will be approximately 29 meters above street level at its highest point, and the total estimated cost will be 4 million euros.
Construction work on the proposed facility will be preceded by the demolition of the existing six-story building belonging to the hotel complex “Estella Hotel”.
In particular, the development area contains a building (six floors with a basement) and two outdoor swimming pools, which are to be demolished prior to construction of the proposed project. It is expected that the upcoming works will be implemented in two phases: demolition and construction, which will last approximately two years.
Offices and commercial premises
The proposed project will include a multi-storey building intended mainly for offices. In particular, it will consist of eight above-ground levels (including a mezzanine) and an underground level with landscaped parking spaces.
This development will include office and retail space, surface and underground parking, a rooftop garden and landscaping around the perimeter of the development site on the south and east sides.
