Neocleous Tower is a modern, eco-friendly office building in the center of Limassol , creating a new working environment for companies. The building offers an environmentally friendly, technologically advanced, people-centered space that promotes employee success and well-being.
The building’s special feature is its unique fifth floor, designed by renowned interior design firm Side to Side , which offers a functional and aesthetically pleasing space that improves worker well-being. It harmoniously combines functional requirements with high aesthetics and luxurious design elements. This floor includes a cafe, lounge bar and restaurant with panoramic views of the city, creating a comfortable environment for relaxation and entertainment.
The remaining areas of the fifth floor are multifunctional and can be adapted for various events, presentations, master classes, seminars or meetings. The design incorporated sound-absorbing materials, natural lighting, and sustainable practices to achieve LEED certification. LED lights and motion sensors were used to reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency . Eco-friendly and recyclable materials have been used wherever possible to reduce environmental impact and improve indoor air quality. This, in turn, has contributed to a healthy, active and environmentally friendly workplace.
