Serenity Villa in Mykonos , which is of interest to the Cypriots, is listed for sale for $24.7 million .
This is a property on a famous Greek island that combines luxury hotel amenities. The villa was completed in 2022 and is owned by Cypriot businessman Nicholas Treppidis , founder of Moneygate.com, and is listed for sale for $24.7 million (around €23 million) , according to Forbes .
Villa Serenity is located on a hillside area of 7500 square meters and can accommodate 20 people. It has eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms, seven dressing rooms. There is also a huge single living/dining/kitchen complex with expansive glass walls. Villa Serenity also has a children’s room with two bunk beds and a private bathroom.
It even has an open-air home theater equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and top-notch sound systems. In addition, the villa has its own organic vegetable garden and a private mini-farm.
There are also two swimming pools, one of which is 18 meters long, and the large one, 27 meters, is heated. All guest bedrooms have access to the lower level pool, while the master bedroom opens onto the smaller upper level pool.
It is worth noting that Psarou Beach and the famous Mykonos Beach Club Nammos are within walking distance. The island’s bars and restaurants, the airport, Mykonos town and the nearest market are three to five kilometers away.
