On the list of sales and investments of Gordian Holdings is the building of the famous Pilavakis supermarket on Athalassa Avenue in Strovolos. The building, which has housed the Pilavakis hypermarket since the 1990s, is being sold by Gordian Holdings for 2.2 million euros.
This is a four-story commercial building with a total area of 2028 sq.m., which can be accessed from Athalassas Avenue and Pentelis Street. It has two basements, a shop on the ground floor and three separate floors of offices. The cellars have an area of 1694 sq.m., the ground floor is 567 sq.m. all three floors with a total area of 1,461 sq.m. (487 sq.m. each floor).
The building ratio is 160% and the coverage is 50%, which allows building up to six floors.
The supermarket was recently under new management, however it has not been in operation since the building manager left.
