New development projects operating in Limassol over the past few years are in full swing. One such large project, worth several million, involves the construction of high-rise buildings and towers.
Some of these buildings and towers have already been built a long time ago or recently. Others related to investments intended for residential, commercial and mixed purposes are currently in the process of implementation.
The following report presents some of the towers currently under construction, whose completion will further strengthen the already established path that Limassol follows.

Trilogy
Construction work continues on Trilogy, a Cybarco project that will beautify the coast of Limassol and concerns the construction of three towers.
Each tower of the residential and commercial complex will have its own spa and gym. In addition, Trilogy offers places for rest and relaxation for owners, as well as Public Plazza, which can be enjoyed by every visitor.
East and West towers offer luxurious apartments with panoramic sea views. The apartments include large verandas that are a continuation of the living room.
In addition to apartments, West Tower also offers office space with unobstructed sea views, fast digital connectivity and a wide range of services.
Signature Residences
Property Gallery’s long-awaited landmark project “Signature Residences” on Dasoudi Beach is getting ready for implementation.
The new development project includes a typical tower that will house luxury apartments with impressive gardens on each floor, offices and shops.
In particular, it will have nine elegant apartments from one to four bedrooms, two luxury penthouses, office space and shops.
Symbol Residence
The Symbol Residence tower in Agios Tychonas, Limassol is being formed with an investment of over 40 million euros. In particular, it is located near the sea, just a few minutes from the five-star Four Seasons Hotel.
This is an 11-storey residential complex with a total area of 7,300 sq.m. It will include 17 luxury suites featuring cutting-edge technology and contemporary design.
Recall that the construction of the Symbol Residence began in May 2019, and Cyfield took over its construction.
Limassol Blu Marine
A project by Leptos Estates, Limassol Blu Marine, is being prepared for implementation in the Karnagio area, in the center-west of Limassol.
The project concerns multifunctional development according to international standards. It is a commercial, office and residential complex.
Limassol Blu Marine is building four high-rise buildings (including a 34-story tower) with underground and surface parking spaces (100 public and 395 private), two swimming pools and a playground.
Three buildings will be primarily residential with a restaurant, gym and spa, while the fourth building will consist of shops and offices.
Sun Mar Tower
The residential tower under construction will consist of 79 apartments, and the total height of the building will be 110 meters. The quarter will also have underground parking, swimming pools, a spa and many other facilities.
Its construction was undertaken by Crona Group. The project architect is Panos Panayiotou + Associates (PPA Architects) and the mechanical services were performed by DDA Mechanical Consulting Engineer.
Marcuji
The construction and operation of the office complex in Limassol is planned by Marcuji Ltd within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Yermasogeia.
The multi-storey building will consist of nine floors above ground, as well as two underground levels; will include parking and engineering facilities.
The total height of the building will be approximately 49 meters from ground level.
The estimated cost of the project is 6,100,000 euros.
Ararat
Ararat Grand Residences is a 27-story tower under construction at the eastern end of the Limassol beach road. The project consists of 17 luxury apartments and a five-story ultra-luxury penthouse.
On the first floor of the tower there will be a square leading to a gourmet restaurant, spa with sauna and hammam. There will also be a cigar lounge with a bar, a wine cellar and various boutiques. In addition, it will include parking spaces for both apartment owners and visitors to the complex.
The construction work of Ararat Grand Residences was carried out by Atlas Pantou on behalf of Maserdo Ltd. The architects are Photiou Architects, QS is A. Demetriades & Partners LLC and the electrical consultants are Primedesign Consulting Engineers Ltd.
Clelia
Tower ” Cleli a” is a 19-storey residential building with a height of 75.3 meters with underground private parking. It is being built in Agios Tychonas.
The developer is CLELIA HATZIOANNOU & VM ESTATES LTD, and its estimated cost will be 11 million euros.
The tower will consist of 26 residential units and 41 parking spaces. In doing so, it will include a private swimming pool and gym.
The project received approval from the Department of the Environment in December 2021.
Zaria Resort
This residential tower is being built next to the Grand Hyatt Limassol hotel, which is also on track for implementation and is located in the community of Pyrgos in the province of Limassol. The 24-story residential tower will feature apartments with 360-degree panoramic views.
The tower will also have a specially designed service area exclusively for residents, as well as a separate entrance with 24-hour security and underground parking, a rooftop infinity pool and a children’s pool with sun loungers, a health bar and a natural Mediterranean garden with local herbs, a living room, a business center, a library , cinema and children’s playroom.
New tower next to Crowne Plaza
The Crowne Plaza hotel of Nicos Karantokis Holdings Ltd in Limassol is preparing extensions.
According to the EPA, a new eight-story building with a roof garden, new underground parking, and an indoor pool and spa areas is planned to be built to the east of the existing hotel.
The eight-story building will consist of 22 rooms with a total capacity of 48 beds and will have a height of 36.37 meters.
