The construction work on the construction of a multi-storey residential complex in the privileged area of Agios Tychonas in Limassol is proceeding at an intensive pace.
This is a luxury project owned by the investment group of one of the richest women in Russia, Elena Baturina.
Final work in progress
As reported on the project website, the final work continued for two months from March to April 2022, as the building had already taken shape and form.
This was preceded in February by the laying of marble in common areas, as well as the finishing of lifting frames. At the same time, the painting work of the apartments from the 10th to the 3rd floor and the installation of kitchens on several floors were completed.
The innovative residential complex consists of 17 luxury apartments, in an 11-storey building with cutting-edge technology, innovative design and architecture.
Finishing work was also carried out on the pool and frontal area.
Residential complex with a total area of 7,300 sq.m. located near the sea and just a few minutes from the five-star Four Seasons hotel.
The construction of the multi-storey building was undertaken by Cyfield, and the foundation stone was laid in May 2019.
