Pavlos Loizu , CEO of Ask Wire believes that “an influx of population due to the wave of immigration during the first three quarters of 2022 and increased demand continue to drive residential real estate. However, we are seeing signs of a curbing of investment activity in this sector due to higher borrowing costs and other investment opportunities in bonds, stocks, etc. from the average salary of local residents they add to the most luxurious properties. We increasingly see an emerging two-tier market, each with its own characteristics and trends. We are still far from returning to stability.
