A loss of EUR 664,832 compared to a loss of EUR 156,199 in the first half of 2021 was recorded in the first half of 2022 by Philoktimatika Dimosia Ltd. Group turnover decreased to 117,788 euros compared to 2021, which amounted to 169,651 euros.
The increase in loss is mainly attributable to the share of the loss of the associate Akinita Lakkos Mikelli Ltd, which affected the Group’s net position, decreasing to EUR 8,488,114.
According to Filoktimatika Dimosia Ltd, serious problems remain in the real estate market related to delinquent loans, the new sales law and the strategy of banks to manage the portfolio of real estate that comes into their possession, as well as the taxation of VAT on land and buildings.
