Bank of Cyprus Property Management Unit (REMU) has announced its second limited campaign of 15 properties at a special price for 15 days.
The second campaign of its kind began on Friday 4 November and will end on 18 November. The campaign includes 3 residential properties, 3 commercial properties and 9 land plots throughout Cyprus, which are offered at discounted pre-set prices. Consequently, they will be sold to the first interested party to submit an offer corresponding to the asking price.
It is clear that at the end of the offer period, the prices of the offered properties will return to their usual level.
