Following regulatory approvals from Nicosia and Frankfurt, the Board of Directors of RCB Bank Ltd appointed Ms. Irena Georgiada as its member at today’s meeting.
On February 24, 2022, the 46.29% stake in RCB Bank held by VTB Bank (PJSC) was acquired by other current Cypriot shareholders of the Bank, who represent Management.
In addition to this development and with the consent of the regulators, the shareholder structure of RCB Bank Ltd consists of only private shareholders of Cyprus from the management of the bank.
