The new gem of Limassol is located on the main road to the port. Cypriot architecture firm CSS Architects & Associates took over the entire design of the tower and managed the project through to completion.
Its architecture is inspired by the location as well as the panoramic views from the new 18-story tower.
The original idea of the project is life in Porto, the sea and the colors of the area. All of these elements can be seen in the details of the tower, such as the blue glass and the striking undulations throughout the building.
Portgate’s vision was realized through collaborative work and research to build the tower as a powerful and innovative architectural project.
The tasks were many, taking into account various variables such as the multi-storey building, continuous and daily communication with all stakeholders, changes and time delays due to the restoration of the territory, as well as very high design requirements that were set from the very beginning in order to highlight this new tower.
We hope Portgate is 75% complete and is expected to ship within the next few months.
