The first phase of Sunset Gardens, the Imperio project which will complement the development to the west of Limassol, has been completed.
According to Imperio’s social media post, Phase A will be delivered during the summer. Also, at the moment, more than 150 apartments of the project have already been sold.
It is recalled that Sunset Gardens, with a total cost of 100 million euros, is being built in the prestigious area of western Limassol, close to the Mediterranean city of dreams, which is expected to open its doors in the second half of 2022 . as well as on Lady Mile Beach.
Sunset Gardens is scheduled to be completed in the last quarter of 2023.
