Work is underway on a high-rise residential building on Park Avenue in the center of Larnaca, some of the apartments have already been sold.
The project was implemented by Edge Development Group and is being developed at a distance of 1300 meters from the Larnaca marina on Grigoris Oxentiou Avenue, at the intersection with Adamantiou Koray Street, in Chrysopolitissa parish, in a block of 936 sq.m.
The area is considered privileged and is characterized by residential, commercial/office and to a lesser extent tourist development.
Park Avenue will consist of 11 above-ground levels (including the basement), with the highest building height of 45.35 meters, with a semi-basement level that will be primarily configured as a parking space. The space at the ground floor level will also be used as a parking lot, while the second to tenth floors will consist of residential complexes.
A total of 23 luxury apartments will be located from the second to the ninth floor. The house consists of four one-bedroom apartments, 16 two-bedroom apartments and four three-bedroom apartments. The area of apartments from 62 sq.m. up to 126 sq.m., except for the 247 sq.m. penthouse.
At the moment, six of the 23 apartments have been sold and four have been booked. It is noted that the penthouse is free and consists of three bedrooms and has a private pool and Jacuzzi.
