Work on the construction of an elite residential complex in the center of Larnaca , on Park Avenue, is proceeding at an intensive pace. The project was implemented by Edge Development Group , which posted videos of the work on social media.
In a privileged area in the city center
The complex is located in a privileged area, which is characterized by the presence of residential, commercial / office and less touristic development.
In particular, it is located at a distance of 1300 meters from the marina of Larnaca on Grigoris Avenue Oxentiou , at its intersection with Adamantiou street Koray , in the parish of Chrysopolitissa on a plot of 936 sq.m.
Project characteristics
Park Avenue will consist of 11 above-ground levels (including the basement) with the highest building height of 45.35 meters, with a semi-basement level that will be primarily configured as a parking space.
The space at the ground floor level will also be used as a parking lot, and from the second to the tenth floor, the project will consist of residential complexes. In total, there will be 23 luxury apartments from the second to the ninth floor, some of which have already been sold.
