Just one year after the start of work at Paralimni Marina completed the construction and reservation of the external facade of the windward as well as the lee side. The windward arm is 500 m long and the lee arm is 100 m long. A building will be built there that will house government services and the Paralimni gas station Marina.
The outer armor consists of 3280 Accropodes elements. Type 1 prefabricated, with a volume of 5 cubic meters and 6.2 cubic meters.
PMV MARITIME HOLDINGS LTD, the owner of the project, is currently embarking on inland port basin protection projects with a completion time horizon of summer 2024.
The construction site works intensively, without interruptions, throughout the year, on a twelve-hour schedule, every day.
PMV Maritime holdings Ltd managed to attract prestigious international companies such as Armani , Ferretti Group , as well as some of the most famous and successful Cypriot companies in the commercial part of the marina. The commercial units of the project have already been allocated. Two- and three-room residential blocks of the first phase of the project are sold out.
Paralimni With 300 berths, Marina has received more than 500 applications through the online application so far – 15 months prior to launch.
The project aims to exceed the expectations of the marina state’s pronouncement of “international standards and the upgrading of the tourist product in the area” and reserves for future detailed announcements about the services and quality it will offer to visitors.
