The Paralimni Marina, the “largest landmark infrastructure project” of the Paralimni-Dherynia Municipality, is entering its final phase. The municipality’s official announcement notes that this phase marks a new era of development for the entire Famagusta region .
Port works are now fully completed. Construction of the project’s commercial and residential sectors continues at a rapid pace, according to schedule. Furthermore, the police and customs building, as well as the marina’s fuel station, are expected to open within the next month.
The Paralimni marina is a complex and strategically important development. It is expected to make a decisive contribution to the qualitative renewal of the tourist product and the strengthening of the local economy. The project will enhance the role of the municipality and the entire region as a modern, international hub for maritime tourism.
