According to sales statistics for foreign investors for 2024, Paphos remains the champion in property sales.
In particular, of the total number of Cypriot sales in 1962, Paphos provided 665 transactions, second place is occupied by Limassol with 530 transactions, third by Larnaca with 471, fourth by Nicosia with 187 and fifth by Famagusta with 109 transactions.
This year Paphos also leads in property sales to buyers both from the EU (178 properties) and from outside the European Union (487 non-EU properties). In Limassol, 397 properties outside the EU and 133 in the EU were sold, in Larnaca – 360 properties outside the EU and 111 in the EU, in Nicosia – 89 properties outside the EU and 99 in the EU, in Famagusta – 66 properties properties outside the EU and 43 in the EU.
