Cyprus-based research firm Ask Wire published a report on Tuesday outlining the ten most expensive property transactions completed in February 2024.
According to Ask Wire, the top 50 property transactions in February totaled more than €55 million, with the most expensive sale being a plot of land in the Paphos area valued at €4.8 million. In addition, the Paphos area accounted for five transactions in the top ten sales, followed by Limassol with four and Nicosia with one. These transactions, as explained by the company, amounted to 12.6 million euros in Paphos, 9.8 million euros in Limassol and 2.75 million euros in Nicosia.
The total value of the 50 largest transactions, ten for each area, in February amounted to more than 55 million euros, with 63.4% of this amount coming from properties in the Paphos and Limassol areas combined. In particular, the top ten most expensive properties in the Paphos area were sold for €17.5 million , the top ten in Limassol for €17.4 million, and in Nicosia for €9.4 million.
The ten lowest priced properties sold in February for a total of €7 million were in Larnaca, with slightly lower figures recorded in Famagusta at €3.7 million.
