Our story begins with managing director and founder of Olias Homes, Charis Hadjimitsis. With a wealth of experience working as a qualified civil engineer and extensive knowledge of the property market in Cyprus, he developed a clear vision to move away from the status quo of constructing traditional properties with standard finishes. His aspirations were to pioneer in developing ultra-high quality properties with a cutting edge, distinctive style and timeless design. By 2002, our first construction and development company had been established.
This construction company successfully grew and quickly achieved a Class A construction licence by building many commercial projects such as government buildings, hotels, supermarket chains and McDonalds in Cyprus and over time expanded into developing our own developments. We hold an excellent reputation for timely delivering ultra-high quality and unique properties all over the island of Cyprus. As the years progressed and evolved, so too did client demands for property in Cyprus, and we discovered our niche in being able to custom design and build high end properties in prime locations with a bespoke eye catching design. Olias Homes has delivered many stunning projects around Cyprus, changing the landscape as we go, and have many more under construction along with some exciting future plans in the pipeline.
