Nine-story project on the site of Curium Palace in the center of Limassol : features and prospects

Hotel Curium The Palace , formerly located on Lord Byron Avenue in Limassol , is being reborn, but with a new image and a completely different purpose. A nine-storey mixed-use building is planned in its place, which will be a significant step in the renewal of the Neapolis area .

Project Features

Project developed by Property Gallery , covers an area of 3,339 square meters. According to the architects, construction will begin after receiving all the necessary permits and will be completed in 30 months. The expected cost of the project is €22 million.

The new building will include:

  • Above-ground and underground levels : one underground and nine above-ground floors.
  • Commercial and office properties : the area for offices will be 6,075 sq. m, 210 sq. m allocated for commercial properties.
  • Sustainable solutions : The building is designed to minimise its impact on the environment, including ‘green zones’ at height.

The height of the building will be about 54 meters. For the convenience of employees and visitors, 103 parking spaces are provided, of which 4 are adapted for people with disabilities. The parking will be distributed between the underground (79 spaces) and above-ground (24 spaces) levels. There are also 5 parking spaces for bicycles.

Infrastructure and functions

The first six floors of the building will house office space, the seventh floor will be a green garden, and the top two floors will be for additional offices. There will also be a rooftop garden.

The complex will be accessed through two entrances located on Canningos Street and Z. Sozou Street . It is expected that the building will employ approximately 500 people, with approximately 40 visitors per day.
