Nicos Christou Developments LTD plans to build and operate a multi-storey residential complex in the Pyrgos area of Limassol.
The proposed development, submitted to the Department of the Environment for review, is for a building that will consist of seven residential floors (13 residential units), two floors of wellness areas, a roof garden, and a basement floor.
The height of the multi-storey building will be approximately 44 meters.
The development is planned to be implemented in a quarter within the administrative boundaries of the Pyrgos Limassol community.
What will it include?
Based on an environmental impact assessment study, the proposed development will include 13 residential units (more than seven floors), underground parking and storage rooms, electrical rooms, ground floor parking, ground floor swimming pool and changing rooms, gym and wellness center, garden on the roof, as well as photovoltaic panels (on the roof and in the roof garden) and outdoor landscaped areas.
Two years later, a project worth €9 million.
The landscaped areas include a private green area, which will also be available for public use (area of 831 sq. m.), as well as a public green area (area of 733 sq. m.).
The project is planned to be implemented in one stage, the estimated duration of construction is two years.
The estimated cost of the project is about 9 million euros.
