SLK Shajrawi Leibovich Karekla Developments , in collaboration with Aviation Links and Dex-Tek & Develco Group presented two large-scale projects that could improve the landscape of Larnaca – Lumina Mare and Horizon Towers . The presentation took place at a special event in the Mackenzie region, attended by businessmen, local community representatives, government officials, journalists, and real estate professionals.
Opening the event, Larnaca Mayor Andreas Viras emphasized that these initiatives are of strategic importance for the city’s development as a modern residential, commercial, and technological hub.
Lumina Mare
Project Lumina Mare will become a new landmark on the coastline—a 20-story, 65-meter residential tower located just meters from the Mediterranean Sea and the newly renovated Larnaca Marina . The complex will offer 54 luxurious one-, two- , and three-bedroom residences with panoramic sea views, as well as ground-floor commercial space and six levels of underground parking.
Project architect, Iraklis Papachristou explained that the building’s façade is designed to reflect and “play” with sunlight, creating a sense of movement and vibrancy, inspired by Larnaca’s coastal atmosphere . Hence the name— Lumina. Mare (“Light of the Sea”).
Horizon Towers
Horizon Complex Towers comprises six 16-20-story high-rises, just 400 meters from the coast. The project will feature 530 modern apartments , ranging from comfortable one-bedroom units to exclusive premium penthouses .
The project’s architect, Michalis Neophytou, noted that the Horizon concept Towers aims to harmoniously combine urban dynamism with the comfort of a residential environment. Every detail—from the layout to the common areas—is thoughtfully designed to create a quality lifestyle.
