Pandigi Ltd plans to build a multifunctional high-rise in Limassol. The project envisages a combination commercial, office and residential spaces , offering a contemporary urban lifestyle.
The tower will be located between Archbishop Makarios III Avenue and Agias Zoni Street , in the Agios Nektarios area, on a site previously associated with the Ariel Cinema and currently occupied by a carpet shop and a parking lot. The total area of the development will be 4,061 sq. m , of which 1,218 sq. m (30%) will be occupied by the building itself and the accompanying infrastructure. The total development area will reach 11,000 sq. m .
The project is a 19-storey building with a height of 90.8 meters , which will house:

- Residential apartments ;
- Fitness center, spa, sauna and bathhouse ;
- Lounge area and event space .
Solar panels will be installed on the roof and facade of the building to produce renewable energy, which is in line with the principles of green architecture . There will also be two underground levels of parking for 190 cars, including spaces for the disabled.
The project will be implemented using modern construction technologies and materials . Once put into operation, the building will attract a significant number of people and it will become an important business and residential center in Limassol.
