A new high-rise complex in Limassol is in the process of public discussion. The proposed project concerns the construction and operation of an office complex of 13 floors in the municipality of Agios Athanasios , on a piece of land bordered to the north by Theophilou Georgiadis Street and to the south by Promachonas Avenue Eleftherias (quay of Limassol ).
According to the Environmental Impact Statement submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency, the owner of the project is Ms. Anna Pitsilidis and the estimated cost of the proposed construction is around €20 million.
The 13-story building will also include a basement, mezzanine and underground floor, as well as three levels of parking. It will include a total of 336 parking spaces.
Below are the detailed use cases for the proposed project as outlined in the Environmental Study:
Ground floor: 105 parking spaces.
Ground floor level: 15 parking spaces, 20 disabled parking spaces, electromechanical equipment, loading and unloading area, reception area , catering area, etc.
Mezzanine: playground, bathrooms, gym.
1st floor: office space, floor reception , covered veranda, office space, bathrooms, kitchen.
2-13 floors: office space, floor reception , office space, kitchens.
Roof: Photovoltaic panels.
