bbf : updates the historical property of KEAN

Medochemie is renovating the industrial zone with the creation of a public park with a total area of 19,953.47 m 2 , which will include squares, footpaths and parking lots. This is a project with an estimated cost of 2,770,000 euros approved by the Department of the Environment.
The complex is located in the state industrial zone of the municipality of Agios Athanasios , namely – in the parish of Agios Stylianos in a quarter with a total area of 25,459 sq.m.
Multi-storey office building
A multi-storey office complex is under public discussion in the artal area adjacent to the coastal road, within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Agios Athanasios .
The 13-story building will also include a basement, mezzanine and underground floor, as well as three levels of parking (one basement and two underground). It will include a total of 336 parking spaces. The height of the multi-storey building will be 64 meters, approximately, from the mark of the street adjacent to it from the south.
The project owner is Ms. Anna Pitsilidis , and the estimated cost of the proposed development is around 20 million euros.
