Residences will consist of two floors. The living room and kitchen will be on the first floor, and the bedrooms on the second.
Also, each residence will have its own swimming pool with a capacity of 40 m3, as well as two parking spaces (for each residence).
The entire development will have green spaces with a total area of 401.5 sq.m. as well as private green areas of 900 sq.m.

Construction work will start in March 2023 and end in July 2024. The Environmental Protection Agency, according to the conclusion, does not object to the implementation of the project under certain conditions. It is noted that the project under consideration is located at a great distance from the nearest protected areas of the Natura 2000 network.
