Pegeia Golden View, Paphos

Located in a beautiful natural setting in the central area of Pegeia of Pafos district, the project consists of 19 two-storey, 3-bedroom villas.

The emphasis of the project was to use the plot as best as possible to create villas with maximum views, while being able to maintain both spacious living areas and generous outdoor areas. To respond to the challenge, 19 unique villas were designed in this development, each with its own private pool. The exterior of the Pegeia Golden View Villas showcases a refined material palette with a mixture of textures such as stone, wood, and glass, blending with their green surroundings and achieving a natural look and feel. As dominant in the entire project, view is of priority and each villa has been designed to make the best of the geographical advantages of the area: the private pool, the balconies and terraces, all increase the contact with nature while enjoying the calming views of the bay and the city.

When entering each villa, spacious living spaces on the ground floor incorporate a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a modern living room. On Type B villas, there is also a bedroom with a double bed on the same level. The upper floor includes two or three bedrooms (Type B and Type A villas accordingly), two bathrooms and large terraces with an open view.

Perfectly positioned, the Pegeia Golden View Villas offer an easy access to important everyday amenities, such as a medical center, pharmacy, bakery and supermarket, bus service, all in a walking distance. Furthermore, the project is the ideal choice for family-oriented clients, as it is of close proximity to a private school, the horse ranch, football academies, and Pafos Zoo, which offer unique entertaining activities for all members of the family.
