CY-Q is a residential project of detached houses located in Latsia, one of the most premium locations of Nicosia. The entire project is divided into four phases, consisting existing and off-plan units. The original design was comprised by 32 units.

Phases 1 & 2 of this project consist of 16 three-bedroom houses. Most of the houses have been designed in such a way which gives buyers the option of adding a fourth bedroom.
For Phases 3 & 4, the buyer, in cooperation with the architects, has the option to design the house according to his/her own needs, ideas and desires.
