Clelia Tower, Limassol

The residential tower includes 19 luxury apartments with swimming pools, retail space, an underground fitness area lit by natural sunlight, an art gallery and a spa on the ground floor. The building will be 75.3 meters high.

The exterior of the Clelia Tower flows smoothly into the interior. Although each of the pools with a terrace and green area resembles a separate island suspended in the air, they all have a direct connection with the apartment. The living quarters are separated from the balcony only by a sliding glass door, which provides a picturesque view of the sea from the apartments.

In creating the project, the architects were inspired by nature: hence the balconies and sun canopies in the courtyard in the form of bells.
