Experience and qualifications
Constantine Savvidis has over 15 years of experience in real estate and hospitality. Prior to joining bbf , he served as Director of Real Estate Consulting at PwC. Cyprus .
His professional expertise covers a wide range of areas necessary for large-scale residential real estate development in modern areas:
- Corporate finance and transaction advisory services.
- Development of investment strategies and structuring of agreements.
- Capital raising and financial modeling.
- Conducting comprehensive checks ( due diligence ).
Constantine Savvidis is a qualified Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and holds an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge.
