Neocleous Tower in Limassol is under completion and will soon open its doors to host high-end businesses and companies.
This is a “green” 25-storey building of A. NEOCLEOUS HOLDINGS LLC, which is being built in the parish of Agios Nektarios of Limassol municipality, on a plot of land adjacent to Archbishop Makariou G.
A new look at office buildings
Neocleous Tower, designed primarily to create office space, will consist of 25 floors and four additional basement floors. The total height of the building will be 120 meters.
The tower will include 12,600 sq.m. the total area of individual office premises, on average 285 sq.m. per floor, with easy access to common areas, luxurious reception and modern meeting rooms.
Also on the fifth floor of Neocleous Tower will house a panoramic cafe.
At the same time Neocleous Tower will offer exclusive amenities such as a fully equipped and modern gym on the 18th floor overlooking the Limassol coastline .
Recall that Neocleous Tower received construction and operation approval from the Department of the Environment in November 2020.
Neocleous Tower, with its sustainable character, is being built to reimagine modern office space, introducing the philosophy of smart, green and sustainable buildings to the market.
Upon completion of construction works, it will be one of the first office buildings in Cyprus to receive LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.
