The construction of a seven-story office complex within the municipal area of the municipality of Agios Athanasios, in the Limassol area, is planned by BH High Cross.
The purpose of the Triangle project, submitted for public discussion in the Department of the Environment, is the construction and operation of a modern, functional and comfortable building with the exclusive use of ZhEKs.
Sale or rent
As stated in the environmental impact assessment study, the design and layout of the interior spaces was done with the comfort and convenience of the workers in mind. Each floor will house a variety of businesses, while office space will be available for sale or rent.
The proposed facility will cost €9.75 million to be covered by the implementing body’s own resources (BH High Cross).
What will it include?
The project will be built on a total area of 3,650 sq.m. The total built-up area of the project will be 4,069 sq.m., and the coverage area will be 679 sq.m.
The ceiling height of the upper floor will be 30.15 m, and the ceiling height of the stairwell will be 32.80 m from ground level. The project will include a total of 79 parking spaces, five of which will be for the disabled, as well as 499 square meters of public green space and 136 square meters of private green space.
It is noted that the lobby and meeting rooms will be located on the first floor of the building, and offices will be located on the six upper levels. Photovoltaic panels will be placed on the roof of the building to generate electricity from renewable energy sources.
