New €22 million high-rise project by PG Economides approved on Limassol coast Properties Ltd. The building will be 87 meters high and will be used as a multifunctional office and commercial space.
The project will be built in an area where residential and commercial properties are combined. To the east, the site borders a mixed-use development that includes both residential and office space. To the west, it adjoins other mixed-use buildings that house both residential and commercial spaces.
Vathias River is located next to the site , flowing just 77 meters to the east. To the west, 68 meters away, is one of the city’s main transport arteries, Griva Digeni Avenue . The area’s iconic landmark, the Oval building , is just 120 meters away from the future high-rise . The project includes 18 floors, underground levels, a ground floor, a mezzanine and a green roof garden. The total construction area will be 8,271.78 square meters, with a total coverage area of 1,250 square meters. Completion of construction is expected within 28 months, once all necessary permits have been obtained.
The new building includes:
- 146 parking spaces, 7 of which are adapted for people with disabilities;
- 20 bicycle parking spaces;
- 15 places for motorcycles.
Parking areas will be located on two underground levels, as well as on the ground floor.
The areas closest to the project are characterized by a high concentration of tourist infrastructure: hotels, restaurants, resorts. To the north, residential areas predominate, interspersed with several multifunctional commercial buildings.
This project will be an important addition to the architectural appearance of Limassol and will increase the attractiveness of the area for business and tourism. This high-rise will combine convenience, modern design and a favorable location, which makes it a significant element of the urban environment.
