The new multifunctional complex Martingale Plaza , owned by Andreas Nicolaou & Sons Ltd , will be built in the Agios Athanasios area of the Amathus municipality. The total construction cost is estimated at €42 million , and the estimated completion date is 24 months, once all necessary permits have been obtained .

Architectural parameters and general characteristics
The project calls for a building with three basements, a spacious ground floor, and seven full floors, plus a roof. The building will rise to approximately 41 meters (to the gable end). The total floor area of the two buildings will be 5,647 square meters , with 90% of the site covered by impermeable pavement, corresponding to approximately 5,000 square meters of total development area.
The underground part has a total depth of about 9.30 m , as each of the three levels reaches approximately 3.10 m.
Access for vehicles and visitors is provided from the north side along the Famagusta road.
