In the coming years, the government will focus on promoting and completing new tourism projects, with a particular focus on the construction of new golf courses and marinas. The Tourism Ministry’s 2025 budget of €65.6 million already includes funds for tourism projects .
The 2025 budget includes €380,000 for the preparation of the terms of reference for the public tender for the construction of the Kissonerga Marina in Paphos, as well as support during the tender process. €25,000 is also allocated to support the Paralimni Marina Project Supervision Team and other consultancy services related to marinas and marinas .
In addition, the ministry’s plans for 2025-2027 include further development of existing and exploration of new tourism markets, improving the quality of tourism services, improving infrastructure, and expanding the types of tourism to extend the tourist season. Development of the pier in Kissonerga
