Construction work is underway on the Marco Polo Tower, which is being built in the eastern part of Limassol, in particular, in the Amathus area, where five-star hotels in the city predominate.
This is a luxury residential project with direct access to the beach. Marco Polo will offer five-star services to residents. In particular, it will include concierge services, a spa, an outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool, a gym and underground parking.
In terms of interior specifications, each unit will include, among other things, security entry doors, underfloor heating, central air conditioning, an intercom system, marble floors and high ceilings (3.15 meters).
The penthouse on the top floor will have private terraces with gardens and pools, as well as panoramic sea views.
