Ask Wire has released information about the ten most expensive real estate sales in June 2024.
The most expensive property sold in June was an office and commercial building in the Ayioi Omologites area of Nicosia, which was sold for €9.7 million.
Larnaca was also the area with the highest number of sales in the top ten largest real estate transactions in Cyprus for June, with five transactions. Slightly fewer sales were completed in Limassol and Nicosia, with 3 and 2 transactions respectively.
The June sales included a variety of properties, such as land plots, industrial buildings, apartments, houses, and mixed-use buildings.
Ask Wire CEO Pavlos Loizou commented on the results, noting that “the focus is on various types of properties, including offices, commercial buildings, and shops, which indicates continued interest in investment and development in this area in the coming years.”
