Three unique evening cocktail events called London Gin Night ”, dedicated to the company’s clients and partners, were held by Consulco Group .
Consulco headquarters Group (opposite the American Embassy) in Nicosia, and two other events were organized in Limassol and Larnaca .
Consulco established London Gin Night ” as an event to showcase its investments in strategic locations in the UK for the benefit of investors.
Consulco was founded in 1993 in Nicosia and provides a wide range of professional services internationally. In 2011 Consulco The Group has moved into the investment management sector, where it has now established itself by offering investment opportunities with excellent returns.
Today, Consulco is active in property, credit and private equity management in the UK and Europe. His clients include institutional investors and high net worth individuals/families, as well as pension funds, provident funds and insurance companies.
One of the main alternative activities of Consulco Group is a London-based lending fund. It is an alternative investment vehicle which, through its subsidiaries, invests in UK short- and medium-term business loans secured by property in London. Through this short-term financing, the London Credit Fund has in recent years offered professional and well-informed investors two investment options: Sector A aims to achieve a return of 4-5% in euros backed by residential property in London, and Sector B aims for a return of 5-6 % in euros when purchasing commercial real estate, including in London.
