The Limassol Marina is celebrating a decade of success, a period of significant achievements in commercial development and the creation of a unique lifestyle on the coast. During its ten years of operation, thousands of people visit the Marina every day, including homeowners, yacht owners and their crews. Popular from the start with people from over 50 nationalities, the project has become a multicultural hub, attracting tourists and locals alike.
As part of 10th Anniversary Celebration Limassol’s Marina has a series of events planned to highlight the importance of living by the sea for the harmony of soul, body and mind. Among them are beach workouts, yoga, treasure hunts, music weekends and other interesting events. Local restaurants and shops such as Pyxida , Marina Breeze , Wagamama and others will also be taking part, offering special deals throughout October.
During its operation, the Limassol Marina has had a significant impact on the development of the Cyprus economy, attracting investors and improving the quality of tourism. Residential property sales reached €600 million, with buyers coming from 50 different countries. There are currently only eight properties available. During this time, there have been over 10,000 yacht arrivals, including over 400 superyachts , and over 20 million people have visited the commercial area of the Marina.

The Limassol Marina offers 650 berths for yachts from 8 to 110 metres, 211 ready-to-move apartments and 74 exclusive villas with private moorings or direct access to the beach. It offers a variety of services including a spa , fitness, shops, Limassol Paradox Museum and other infrastructure facilities located just a few minutes’ walk from the historic city center.
