On Tuesday, June 13, in the presence of media representatives, partners and interested parties, during a special ceremony held at the company’s new sales office, the most anticipated golf resort in Cyprus, Limassol Greens, was officially opened.
The guests had the opportunity to learn more about this outstanding development project and how it will become one of the most attractive destinations in Cyprus for both ownership and investment.
The project was designed by the world renowned architecture and design company HKS to perfectly harmonize the natural environment of the area with the experience of living in a unique residential golf resort , the first of its kind in Cyprus, as it is ideally located in an idyllic natural environment in the urban area of Limassol.
Architect Luciano Mazza, using only 10% development ratio on 1.4 million sq. m. of land, which was previously used for agricultural purposes, has created a unique environment offering an unforgettable life experience.
In addition to 750 residential complexes of villas, houses and apartments, the resort includes an 18-hole golf course that meets international standards, a state-of-the-art golf club, commercial facilities, a wellness center specializing in physical and mental relaxation, and a completely equipped gym.
Inspired by local Mediterranean architecture, the HKS Residential Development project focused on the construction of serene mansions and comfortable homes within the urban resort.

Robinson, the course features premium grass, lush greenery and pot bunkers that will captivate any golfer.
Located in the heart of the Limassol Greens, the golf club stands on the highest point of the development, offering magnificent views of the entire complex. The resort also includes a wellness center that has an abundance of outdoor terraces and spaces that allow every guest to come into direct contact and connection with nature.
Limassol Greens is currently under construction, with the first residences and a golf course due in 2024.
The project, which is being developed by Lanitis Golf Public Co Ltd, a company owned by Lanitis Group and a Maltese consortium of investors, is already a major investment success with sales in excess of 55 million euros.
