The Department of the Environment has approved the construction and operation of the Starlings residential complex as part of the «Limassol Greens Golf Resort», which includes a golf course and related facilities.
“Limassol Greens” is an important project for the development of Limassol and all of Cyprus as a whole . This is the first multi-use golf resort located within the city and surrounded by new developments.
The project is being implemented by Lanitis Golf Public Co. Ltd in collaboration with a Maltese investment group. The resort is located in the Tserkez community Chiflik , near Lady’s Mile , and borders the Asomatos forest and the Akrotiri salt lake .
The complex will include villas, townhouses and apartments, a modern golf course , as well as recreational and recreational facilities surrounded by green gardens. The project covers an area of 1.4 million m² and promises to be an ideal place to live without compromise.
Starlings development will consist of three six-storey buildings (ground floor and five storeys) with a basement , and will be surrounded by an internal road network, swimming pools, play areas and parking .
Each building will have 42 apartments (two and three bedrooms), 42 private underground storage spaces , 29 car parking spaces and two motorcycle parking spaces . The complex is expected to house 414 people.
Each building will have a height of approximately 22 meters and a total area of approximately 8,021 m², including the underground level. The buildings will have their own swimming pools (one for adults and one for children) , showers and changing rooms, and a playground, available to all residents/tenants of the complex . The areas under consideration will be surrounded by “green” areas, pedestrian paths, areas for sun loungers, etc.
All pools (except the children’s pool) will have an area of 190 m² and a depth of 1.2 m, and the children’s pools will have an area of 10 m² and a depth of 0.3 m. The green areas will cover a total area of approximately 13,090 m² and will be planted with natural Bermuda grass and Mediterranean xerophytic plants . plants.
Access to the buildings will be via the internal road network. The complex will also include 64 outdoor parking spaces, of which 60 are covered and four are open, on an area of 1,688 m2 in the north-western part of the complex.
