Architectural concept and features of the field
Limassol Greens golf course is 6,304 metres long and is a par-71 course.

The course layout takes into account the changing terrain and climate conditions, creating a varied gameplay experience. The first five holes require precise shots due to wind conditions, the middle section allows for scoring, and the final holes are challenging, including the spectacular 18th hole with its natural lake.

The course is integrated into the area’s natural landscape, providing players with impressive views and a comfortable environment for training and tournaments.
Unique location and accessibility
Limassol Greens is the only golf resort in Cyprus located within the city limits. Its proximity to the marina, casino, Lady’s Mile beach, and the city’s business center creates a unique blend of urban infrastructure and resort atmosphere. This makes the project highly attractive for investment, including residential real estate, offering modern apartments and villas overlooking the course and green areas.

The complex features a 320-metre driving range with 30 state-of-the-art practice positions and a TrackMan system for unrivalled ball tracking and performance analysis.
The Golf Academy offers personalised programmes, equipped putting and chipping practice areas, natural grass tees and high-quality Srixon equipment.
The training is led by Mike Leitch, a sports psychology specialist and TrackMan certified coach with over thirty years of experience working with players of all levels. His approach is based on clear, practical, and effective training with measurable progress.
Additional infrastructure
Limassol Greens features a Pro Shop featuring international brands including Callaway, Under Armour, J.Lindeberg and Ralph Lauren, as well as The Roost Lounge Bar with a contemporary street food-inspired menu.
Eco-friendliness
The project implements comprehensive environmental development measures. All green areas and the field are irrigated with purified recycled water. Artificial lakes and a network of reservoirs with a total capacity of 40,000 cubic meters have been created, reducing dependence on public infrastructure.
The greening program includes the planting of 20,000 trees, which will enhance the ecological value of the area and create a comfortable space for residents and visitors to the complex.

Investment and tourism potential
Limassol Greens creates new opportunities for residential investment and attracts tourists and athletes from Cyprus and abroad. The complex provides a high level of services that meet international standards and becomes the center of the city’s sporting and cultural life. The new golf resort strengthens Limassol’s position as a region with developing infrastructure, high-quality recreation, and opportunities for strategic investment.
