150 tons of steel, 1,500 cubic meters of high-strength concrete and 14 hours of casting were used by a 40-man construction team working day and night on the “New Riviera of Europe”.

Major construction milestones completed so far include a deep foundation consisting of 69 piles 20-25 meters long, a 3-meter single foot of the Poseidon tower, a single foot of the southern underground parking, and the structure of the Poseidon tower up to 3 of the 35 floors.
