The evening of 27 May 2022 marks a significant moment for Limassol Blu Marine as the first major phase of the Residential Tower (Phase A) has been completed and the construction of the Tower continues at full speed.
150 tons of steel, 1,500 cubic meters of high-strength concrete and 14 hours of casting were used by a 40-man construction team working day and night on the “New Riviera of Europe”.
Major construction milestones completed so far include a deep foundation consisting of 69 piles 20-25 meters long, a 3-meter single foot of the Poseidon tower, a single foot of the southern underground parking, and the structure of the Poseidon tower up to 3 of the 35 floors.
The construction of the Limassol Blu Marine by the Leptos Group will make a significant contribution to the Cypriot economy by creating new jobs in both the construction and service industries. Limassol Blu Marine has already attracted the attention of foreign investors and a large number of luxury apartment buyers as it aims to highlight the area as a great location for new Cypriot and foreign companies involved in innovation, technology, finance, etc.
