Leptos Group sold office tower Oceanus and announced Cavalli Tower

Leptos Group has demonstrated impressive results in recent days, concluding a number of large-scale transactions that confirm the high level of investor confidence and the strategic importance of Cyprus and Greece on the international investment map.

Sale Oceanus Towers in Limassol Blu Marine

One of the most notable events was the sale of the Oceanus office tower , located in the Limassol complex under construction. Blue Marine. The transaction amounted to 102.78 million euros excluding VAT. To date, the investor has already been paid about 41% of the total amount. The remainder will be transferred in stages, in accordance with the progress of construction work. The delivery of the facility and final recognition of income are planned for 2028, which complies with international financial reporting standards.

This sale marks the second major transaction in Limassol Blue Marine in just a few days.

Collaboration with Roberto Cavalli

The joint project, worth around 200 million euros, includes the construction of Cavalli Tower is a 30-storey residential complex that will become the first premium residential property in Europe under the Cavalli brand .

Costa Project Nopia in Crete

In parallel with the Cypriot initiatives of Leptos Group is promoting a large-scale project in Greece. In Crete, in the area of the Gulf of Kissamos , the construction of the Costa tourist resort is beginning Nopia .

The complex, which is being built on a site of more than 1,100 hectares and with a coastline of 1.4 km, will be one of the largest tourism investments in the country. The project includes:

  • green areas and infrastructure for recreation.

The total development area could reach 207,000 sq. m, while the project is being created taking into account environmental standards and harmony with the region’s nature.

 

Recent deals demonstrate Leptos’ steady growth Group and strengthen the role of Limassol as the business center of Cyprus. At the same time, the projects in Crete open up new prospects for the Greek tourism and investment market.

The combination of office buildings, premium residential properties and large-scale resorts confirms the company’s strategy of creating projects with high value and international appeal.
