In one of the world’s largest real estate exhibitions Leptos Group participates together with other industry professionals from all over the world with the main goal of networking and promotion.
This is the international exhibition MIPIM 2023, which is held in France, namely in Cannes, which began on Wednesday, March 14th and will end on Friday, March 17th, highlighting the latest market trends.
Co-chair of Leptos Group » Pantelis Leptos praised the importance of MIPIM, criticizing and describing as unfortunate the fact that Cyprus does not officially participate.
“This is a large global exhibition that takes place every year in Cannes and is dedicated to all areas related to real estate. In essence, the delegates are given the opportunity to see what is happening in the world, as there are stands from all countries,” he explained.
Mr. Leptos indicated that Leptos The Group participates in the exhibition every year in order to emphasize at the same time that there is no stand for Cyprus and that the state had to make specific investments in order for the country to be officially represented, as it is in other reports concerning other areas.
“This year, Greece once again came out with a big Invest in Greece stand. Unfortunately, there is no Cyprus this year either. It is sad that a country like Cyprus, where real estate accounts for 16% of GDP, is not present at such an event,” he stressed.

MIPIM 2023 focuses on the latest issues related to global events, the leadership needed to drive change, and the innovation needed to transform the built environment around real estate.

In particular, the exhibition brings together such professionals as: Architects, builders, designers, consultants, brokers and real estate agencies, specialists in retail, healthcare, logistics, investment companies, audit companies and others.
In just four days, participants can access a large number of international leaders in the field, while at the same time, companies can showcase their work and network with other countries.
